TRADITIONAL PEANUT COOKIES Traditional peanut cookies prepared for Chinese New Year simply melts in your mouth. Great biscuits for the festive season - New Year, Chritsmas or Hari Raya
Ingredients 280g ground peanut, toasted and grounded
20g white sesame seads, grounded
Egg wash: 1 egg yolk lightly beaten with 1 tsp water
Add in 100g peanut oil (or more) slowly and mix till mixture forms a piable dough. If dough is too wet, you can add more flour.
Bake on a lined tray at 180C for 11-15 minutes or till golden brown. |
